ACHIEVEMENTS
2007/2008 SEASON
Congratulations to the Under 12 Divas for finishing runners up in the Russell Foster Youth Leagues Southern Division. Well done Girls.
And... The Lads!!... both the Under 10 Thunder and the Under 11's won their respective trophies at the Coxhoe United FC Summer Tournament. An excellent day and a big thank you to Coxhoe United for a well run sporting day and to all the teams for their total sportsmanship and conduct - not one foul throughout!
The Under 11's then won the Hartlepool United FC Centenary Tournament the following weekend. WELL DONE ALL!!!
The players presentations were all a resounding success over 3 nights in July. They culminated in Mr Julio Arca presenting the Small Sided Teams with their trophies. Our warm and sincere thanks to Julio, an absolute gentleman, who also signed more than 100 autographs, making it a super night for all the kids (and the parents!)... top man.
Players who had been with the club for 5 years all received a commemorative medal.
Callum Henderson, DVFC U14's, who sustained a serious injury which has ended his football career, receives a special award for Contributions to the Club from Julio Arca....
